Choose a flyer to customize on AD-Links
and download the HTML file. Below is a step-by-step
guide to sending your AD-Links flyer through Constant Contact®.
1. Once you log in to your
Constant Contact account, select the “Emails” tab. |

2. Click “Create,”
then type a name for referencing your email within Constant Contact and
click “Next.” NOTE: This is not the subject line and will
not be displayed.
3. Click “Use My
Own Code” located below the Template Categories on the left-hand side
of the screen. |

a. Select
“HTML” as the Email Format, then click “Next.”
b. Now enter your Subject line, From Name, From Email
Address, and Reply Email Address (if different). Example subject line:
Avery Simply Organize Free Offer. Click “Next” to continue. |

4. Click “Advanced Editor” from
the lower left side of the screen to prepare to add the custom HTML code
from your OPMA ADLinks HTML flyer. |

a. Open your OPMA ADLinks
HTML file in an Internet browser. From the menu bar, select View, then Page
Source. |

b. From the Edit menu, choose Select All, then Copy and
Paste the source code into your Constant Contact email between <!-- START
--> and <!-- END -->. |

5. Your email is ready to Preview; click the
button just to the left of the box containing your HTML code. Correct any
HTML code conflicts by deleting one set of <body> </body> and
<html> </html> tags near the top and bottom of the code. |

a. Click
“Send a Test Version” to ensure the email appears as you want
it to in your inbox.
b. If everything is OK with the test, click “Save
& Return,” then “Next.” |

6. Verify your address is
how you would like it to appear, then click “Save & Next.”
7. Select the email list to
which you would like to send this OPMA ADLinks HTML flyer and click
“Next” to continue.
8. Select Email Status.
Choose “Draft,” “Send Now,” or schedule a Delivery
Date. Then click “Finish.” |
